The client sought a contemporary private home combining clear functionality with spatial fluidity, where architecture and interior design form a unified, coherent living environment.

THE IDEA
THE IDEA

The project is based on the idea of architectural and interior continuity, where proportion, material honesty, and spatial clarity take precedence over expressive gestures.

Architectural sketch with floor plan and elevation drawing

The project is based on the idea of architectural and interior continuity, where proportion, material honesty, and spatial clarity take precedence over expressive gestures.

The massing follows a strong horizontal composition defined by contrast between solidity and lightness.  A stone-clad ground floor anchors the house, while the upper level appears as a dark, cantilevered band ensuring privacy.

Interior circulation is conceived as an open spatial sequence. Light, proportion, and material transitions shape movement, while a sculptural wooden staircase serves as the central organizing element.

Minimalist living room wall with integrated lighting and stone detail

Built-in elements maintain visual continuity throughout the interior.

The project is currently under development, with construction focused on precise detailing and faithful execution of architectural and interior concepts.
